• • Partners are solely responsible for service delivery, food quality, safety, or event execution.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid through Compas NOW - Navigate Our Way for the specific transaction in dispute.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kozhikode, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Grievance Redressal

Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 business days.
