1. General

All sales are final unless covered by the conditions below.

2. Cinema Pass & Event Tickets

Refunds only in case of:

Failed transactions

Event cancellation by the organizer

No refunds for user-initiated cancellations or no-shows

Cinema Pass Specific Terms:

Cinema Pass has only 24 hours validity after generating your ecode. Before that, users should complete booking with partnered Cine Merchant. Any cancellation of shows by partnered cine merchant will result in the user being provided with a new token against the same pass.

3. Dining & Advance Bookings

If the restaurant/partner fails to deliver service, the user is eligible for a full refund

No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals

Raise refund requests within 48 hours via the Compas NOW - Navigate Our Way app

Refunds (if approved) processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method
